If you are ever in need of a new transmission, I highly recommend Varga Auto Repair and Transmission Center! I made the unfortunate choice of purchasing a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse, all of which only have a transmission life of approximately only 60,000 miles! Not only did the company refuse to take accountability for their defective product, but the dealership also wanted to charge me an exorbitant price to replace it! Thank God I found Frank at Varga, who was so compassionate, concerned, knowledgeable and supportive! In addition, he was very willing to help me out for a cost so much less than my own greedy dealership! I am so very grateful for Frank, and I would never ever even think of going to anyone else in the future!

I’ve brought my car here multiple times over the past few years. Always had a great experience, gets me in the shop fast, quick repairs and a pleasant experience every time. Unfortunately ran into car trouble over the recent holiday weekend which left me stranded on the side of the road. Had the car towed to Varga on Monday and they had the issue diagnosed and fixed by early afternoon. Spoke with the owner who was extremely courteous and explained all repairs performed. First time I've needed to use their services in a few years (thankfully have had good luck with my vehicles), but definitely recommend them highly. Very thorough, great communication and fair pricing.

Is you are having transmission issues DO not take your car here!!!!!!!!!!!! I had some work done 2 years ago, paid over 4000 & a couple months later trans fluid was leaking from the car… I called and they told me they didn’t have a tow company I would have to get the car back there myself,, horrible!! Upon taking car back they admitted they put a seal or something loose… that was my red flag! When somebody is paying you that kind of money u would think they would make sure the job is correct! Fast forward 2 years later my mechanic told me my trans fluid is low and it shouldn’t be… they robbed me!!! I really believe they did something to my transmission wrong so that would have to return but the trick is I’m never going back here , the ppl are not that friendly the older guy that is usuall

I will not be taking any more cars to this place going forward. We were having issues with our truck switching gears, we left it there for 1 week, spent ~5k for them to do transmission work. Within months started to notice to the same issue, mostly noticing this on highway driving so higher speeds. We took it back, he said he didn’t notice it and he wasn’t going to speed to figure it out. Now 4 more months past and the truck is barely shifting gears in town and now hesitating. Took it back, now he notices and tells us to drop it off. Dropped it off on a Sunday night by noon the next day he told us we needed a new transmission, 7K.
