Snowshoe burst our fuse so we had to get our car towed to Varners. Sandy, Buster, and the whole crew were so incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to get our car working in a timely manner. I would come back here anytime
We had to be towed off of the mountain at Snowshoe by Mike with Varner Construction and they were a life saver. Buster and his guys took great care of us and even drove us across the street to their restaurant(that was closed) to get us a meal after being broke down on the road for 5 hours. They made a terrible situation better with their hospitality and quick repair to get us back on the road! Thanks guys!
Our car had to be towed from snowshoe mountain and the Varner crew helped us out. Communication was excellent and professional throughout the long process, and we were very well taken care of in Durbin while we waited for the car to be ready.
My husband is a car hauler and his GPS took him down the wrong street in Slatyfork WV and ended up being stranded in the woods, he called a town truck company, Varner Towing, who didn’t show up for hours, once they finally found him a middle aged white man with kids and a dog in his car pulled up and asked “what happened.” He did not announce who he was, my husband told him his situation and that he called Varner Towing for help, the man proceeded to tell him that the towing service wasn’t worth a damn and that they’d take hours to get to him. He then said you can’t stay around here once it gets dark, my husband asked “what do you mean”, the man said “someone with your skin color.” The man then offered my husband a payday candy and a piece of gum. Very pleasant experience with these folks. Driver stopped to offer help when seeing our RV broken down. Travis (mechanic) came by and diagnosed the problem very quickly and they took very good care of us and were very fair on pricing (parts and labor). Couldn't have been more pleased. Not sure what might have happened to cause negative reviews. Overall 5⭐
