Vasquez Auto Service

Part 1. My 2008 Lexus started leaking oil everywhere, and shut off while I was in South Padre on Spring Break. Mr. Vasquez was referred to me by friends and was luckily close to where I had to get. He quickly got to my vehicle and coordinated with the auto shop in my home town and made sure that things were “fixed” quickly. He also supposedly found issues that the Mobile One Tech said they fixed and really hadn’t. I appreciated his attention to my vehicle, but apparently it wasn’t enough. 30 minutes into my drive back home, the front undercarriage became detached and I had to pull over to the side of the road to remove it. A few minutes later, the same problem that took me there happened again. Oil not leaking, but pouring out! I only made it home on prayers because i had to stop 3

Came in from 9 hours away and when I arrived my car was shaking and wouldn't start. Chose this place based on reviews. They changed a coil and 2 spark plugs and my car is back to normal. Price was affordable. Grateful I came here, honest people.

I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Vasquez. the transmission in my RV blew up. I chose to call Mr. Vasquez solely based on his reviews. It was the best decision I could have made. Upon our arrival, they immediately jumped into dealing with the transmission and had a replacement on order that day. Just happenstance, a U-joint in our jeep went out and they immediately, within an hour, took care of that. The shop doesn't look like much, but I can't speak highly enough of the people and the operation. As a follow-up, after 1500 miles, the new transmission is running just fine.

This is the third time I have had my automobile repaired at Vasquez Auto Repair. Mr. Vasquez is so knowledgeable. The service department is efficient and timely. I'm a very satisfied customer and will recommend Auto repair to others.

The mechanics here are great! They were able to diagnose the issue and fix what the other local shop could not.
