They were able to get me in and out in less than an hour to fix the chip in my windshield! Angela and her husband were so nice, they also had a little friend for me to hang out with while I waited 🐶❤️ Thank you both for getting me all fixed up!

I obtained quotes from every auto glass shop in Odessa/Midland and surrounding areas. Vaughan's gave me the best price and they stuck to their quote without jacking up the price despite the fact my car windshield was difficult and took a long time due to the fact that Subaru censors and cameras are problematic. If I ever need another windshield replacement, I'll return to Vaughan's. They are top notch.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Vaughan and Angela provided the BEST customer service I’ve experienced from any establishment in years! They are both so kind and were extremely helpful. I have a unique situation with my car that I thought may be a calibration issue with my windshield. Although Vaughan was not able to fix the problem, he provided me more information in 20 minutes than I’ve received from the dealership over a span of months. Dealing with them was a breath of fresh air. It is really nice to know there are still businesses who genuinely care about their customers and are dedicated to helping, even when their lunch is interrupted. Thank you Vaughan and Angela.
