Makenzie at Vaughn ford in Oakdale went above and beyond helping me with my trade and my new f250 and she also found my son the exact truck he wanted and had it shipped to Oakdale for him!! It was his first new truck and he was so excited. Jason the finance manager was awesome as well honest and very very knowledgeable and made everything go so smoothly. The whole staff there was super nice and respectful. They don’t rush you and they will go out of their way to get everything you want and need. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me and my son. Thanks Makenzie and Jason for being very very patient with me!!

My husband and I drove 3.5 hours from New Orleans to Vaughn's Ford to buy a Expedition Tremor I had been having my eyes on for a while! Wendy and Jason were such a pleasure to work with! The woman in the service department is very rude first off. But, the main problem is that I bought a 75000 dollar truck from there and its an act of congress to get it serviced with the woman in the service department. I change my oil every 5000. The truck recommens 10,000. She has a problem with that. I pull a camper alot. I want to change my transmission fluid at 30,000. Ohh no we cant do that it recommends 150,000. I can't service my truck when I want to when im the one paying for it to be able to stay ahead of bad things possibly happening. Dont recommend their service!!! *****Update she saw this review and called me to argue with me more!!! Now she tells me its a sealed transmission and it's for the life of the vehicle!
