VB Towing LLC

Zero stars. This company is nothing short of a scam. They towed the vehicle across county lines. Gave us a price to pickup and required cash only. Of course, we showed up with cash and they increased the price by $75, telling us the first guy who told us the price didn’t know what he was talking about. They are also very rude. Extremely shady business out of someone’s house.

These people are professional scam artists. They towed my car from Summit Park all the way to Heber on Saturday night. When I called the next morning, they told me I had to wait until Monday to get my car because the office was closed. When I got there, the lady that attended to me said that I could have gotten it on Sunday for an after hours fee, but still proceeded to charge me a 2 days storage fee. Super sketchy place as well, demanded cash only and the people were extremely unprofessional.

NO STARS This is the worst tow company I’ve ever dealt with! The driver/supervisor was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Around 8 p.m., we realized my sister’s car was missing. We had only been at my friend’s house for about two and a half hours. It turns out the tow company had been in the neighborhood the night before, which is how we figured out who towed the car. They towed my sister’s car from our friend’s driveway, claiming it was parked in the street, even though it was clearly on private property. Meanwhile, there were at least 7-8 other cars actually parked on the street that they left untouched. When we called to confirm they had her car, the person on the phone was dismissive and even hung up on us. When we called back to ask if she could retrieve her belongings from the car

Adam represented the company so poorly I am going to investigate their entity, structure, and contracts with local coyote ridge HOA. They towed my car from my own home at 10:00 while my garage was open and lights were on because I was pared on the street. Unfortunate that business owners hire employees that don't represent their dreams vision and goals. They are closed on the weekend and I don't think they'll be open for much longer after this.

Towing company stole my car out my parking spot at my apartment. Had to pay 400 dollar to get it out. Parking spot i pay for. Got extorted for cash. Shady place. Place started to swarm like ants doing some intimidation tactic. Sad to see having people and it's business act the way they did.
