This people are rude I don’t know how they keep their jobs. I call them for a question and she act like crop. I hope their supervisor read this reviews. Because they don’t have a good one get. They need to replace this people. Our own tax money who pays this arrogant people. Service is crop

This facility is no different than your stereotypical government office. I manage a shop that does state inspections. Have had the unfortunate requirement of doing business with them due to the fact that they are the closest place to offer inspector school. The guy who teaches the class is... alright. He definitely makes it obvious that he's got a bit of a God complex. But the people that answer the phones (if they answer the phones) are beyond rude. Rude would be an upgrade. I have dedicated 2 cumulative hours to calling to ask a simple scheduling question using 2 phones at the same time on 2 separate days and the phone just keeps ringing. As I write this blunt but honest review, I have my shop phone and my cell phone calling these guys but still no answer. But to expect anything else fro

whoever handlining the phone calls needs to be fired. i called them 55646 times and i left 59 voice massages. and never called back. 60 days latter the asked me to pay again for my inspector license again.

Worst place to be, they called me to set an appointment. I show up and they told me it was at a different time. This people don't care at all and this messes with peoples chances on promotions. This place is very unprofessional and never answer there phones

Not kidding when other individuals have stated unable to inquire on the phone. No one will answer even during business/working hours. No return upon leaving a message. My employer is requiring me to acquire an inspector license and I am unable to do so with this location. Will have to try Rosenberg next, as these are the only 2 in Houston!
