The car wash itself seems fine. It’s automated. However, it baffles me why they pay someone to stand at the kiosk to help you with a self service screen. Then they ask you for a tip. This could be the least work anybody ever does to ask for a tip. Stop this and would be five stars.
Josh provided excellent customer service and another gentleman with longer blond hair did as well. The small concern I had was addressed immediately and I was impressed by the facility and staff equally. I was a visitor to KY and when I return I will be back. Thank you both for the great service.
Checked online said you were open until 8...arrived at 6 15 closed.
