Amazing experience. As a girl i always get anxious going to get my car maintenance and found this place and was so happy. Amazing customer service and it was very quick and efficient. I even came early and they took me in. They have amazing deals on Groupon as well so definitely check them out! They’re even have complimentary Brazilian sodas while you wait. Will be coming back for sure

Love this Body Shop, Carlos at front desk always returned my calls and was very helpful. His body shop did a wonderful job on my deep scraped to the metal on my back right passenger side. They matched the paint color perfectly. I would greatly recommend this shop who was recommended to me by my Lexus dealership in Colma.

Finally a mechanic you can trust! 😉 I feel so thankful I found Veloce for all my car services. They were all polite, through and extremely transparent with work and cost. Plus the nice gentleman at the desk gave me a delicious Brazilian soda, must try! I used the Groupon voucher for the oil change but also diagnostic bc my car was making some weird sounds and it was dying on me, needing a jump. I assumed it would need a new battery and I also thought I would need new tires, I loved we were able to communicate through text, I told them all this beforehand and I was so surprised it just needed new terminal connectors, they also said with a rotation my tires had 50% life still in them which they could have just upcharge and sold me tires and a battery, as well they found some issues like my

I had the pleasure of meeting Carlos during my visit for an oil change. Appointments are required for all services, but he was able to get my car serviced literally in and out within less than an hour. The process was simple yet he was very thorough. They offer so much than just car repairs for insurance claims such as car detailing, paint touch ups, you just have to ask. I was in the area, and had an oil change on my to do list, so I just did a search and Veloce Collision was the first to pop up, and after reading the reviews prior to my visit, they definitely lived up to their reputation on offering great services from previous customers.
