I really don't understand..... I took my bike there and got an estimate for 8 things. $600 in labor and $200 in parts. I said no, I wanted to do some of the labor myself cause I don't have that money. I JUST bought the bike. I said they could do 3-4 of the things. It took them two months to fix it. Any update I got was because I called. Every time I did, it was oh it should be done in a few days or next week. I tried to be the most patient I could be.... I finally got my bike two weeks ago. One of the things fixed was the wiring for the turn signals. Well once I got it back, my blinker was STILL blinking fast so I took it back which they fixed. Additionally, they decided not to replace the bulb in the dash board? I guess this wasn't considered to be included in the fixing for the rest of

Bought a lightly used Genuine 400C motorcycle from this place. The bike has been great and anytime I need anything the kind folks at Velocity are there to help. They have a lot of inventory crammed in a small space but it works well. Last time I went they were extremely busy and I was still in and out with what I needed in less than 10 minutes.

Was very shady in how they submitted my credit application when I financed. And now only realizing it because I took a second look at what they reported my credit score was at the time which was way lower than it actually was. And when I went to get work done on my moped, so they could install the gas cap that was not on it when purchased they told me it would take a couple hours. I ended up spending 8 hours waiting there. They just kept saying it’s more complicated than they originally thought meanwhile people were arriving and leaving left and right getting serviced. I worked a 12 hour over night shift and they just had absolutely ZERO consideration. Will NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND.

I began coming here with my scooter after having issues with another shop that sold the scooter in early 2023. I am absolutely satisfied with the work that was done and the quality of service when the time came. I purchased a used motorcycle in November. I am still happy with the sales and service. This place has been my go-to place for almost all of my cycle needs from apparel to maintenance. The people are fantastic and go above and beyond to try and accommodate and are definitely worth a look. I'm not ashamed to say it, but I'm also happy that they will help load a bike.

Update 09-06-2024 I took my latest addition to my collection of vintage Honda CT70s to Chris Cuomo and his crew at Velocity Cycles. 1979 Honda DAX ST50M ... a one year only model only available in Japan. Velocity Cycles installed new Bridgestone tires and a new chain, and I couldn't be happier! The crew at Velocity have mechanically restored several of my CT70s and each time they do a GREAT job at a very fair price. I took one of my 1970 Honda CT70 (on the right) to Chris shortly after I purchased it at a Carlisle Events show. It ran but not well and none of the lights or horn worked.
