After a windshield recall, the Ford dealership broke my rearview mirror while reattaching it and refused to replace it and wasn't qualified to even fix it, saying it was aftermarket. I tried fixing it myself with strong adhesive, but it wouldn't hold. Velocity Auto Glass stepped in and did an amazing job. It took extra time and ended up needing two different technicians and Noe got it done! The team was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly explained the issue. They honored the original estimate despite the extra work and even on a Saturday and on Valentine's day! I'm so relieved to be able to drive safely again, thank you!
