I do not do reviews, but I feel people need to know how this place operates. This place is a scam and needs to be investigated. Higher ups do not care either so don't waste your time trying to complain. They have nothing but excuses and will throw mechanical terms at you like you're an expert. 3 months and 15K later, the original issue was never resolved. They always found new issues that was supposed to fix the problem, and when that didn't work, it was something else. All the while we're being charged for them trying to figure it out. When you don't approve the charges right away, they'll threaten you with storage fees.
