I never been in a shop like this in whole Usa. In and out of the shop for less than 30min for airbag and price of $259 parts and labor not stupid charges like diagnostic. Thanks team for everything, thanks Angela for the amazing costumer service!!! The best shop ever!!!

I want to start off by saying I would have given this shop a better review until they made a huge mistake and refused to make things right so here is why I would not do business with them again. I had my DEF pump replaced and I got 100 miles down the road and my engine shut down light came on along with a low coolant alert. I get out and look under the truck and coolant was pouring out from the DEF pump. The “mechanic” didn’t not secure the clamp correctly to the coolant hose and I ended up losing 8 gallons broke down on the shoulder. Luckily I was broke down a mile from a Walmart so I was able to get coolant and correctly secure the clamp so the leak would stop. This shop has refused to reimburse me for the 8 gallons of coolant I had to buy due to their inability to secure a clamp correct

Hello fellow truckers, i cant even begin to explain to you about my experience with this dealership. i cant believe that people like Angela, David and their team exist in our business. All i can say is a big thank you and that we appreciate you so much! We got at their door with a DPF problem at 7:30AM right when they open up, we were inside a bay in less then 5 minutes. Their knowledge and expertise is for a person to admire. Our truck was not showing codes and they knew what was the problem even without the scan. They got us fixed and on the road in less then half a day which is unheard off in a dealership. I still cant believe that i got so lucky and was able to experience this, Again THANK YOU so much to Angela David and their team we appreciate you highly!!

I can't say enough about how amazing this shop is. They got me in and out in 7 hours for a radiator replacement, and the staff is beyond friendly. If I could give them 100 stars I would and not even think twice about it.

All of the Velocity truck centers are awesome! I’ve only gotten parts from them so far because I drive a kenworth,but many times they’ve had the engine parts for my Cummins n14 in store. The parts counter guys at hope mills nc are especially great at there job!
