Being a business owner and shopping for the best prices on OEM parts is where I go to for results. Velocity Truck Centers-Fontana, CA. Parts Department is my "go-to" location for all things Freightliner. Luis from the Parts Department is "top notch" and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of as a customer and business owner. Velocity is fortunate of having an employee like Luis. It is hard to find good help in today's hiring market and I would only expect that Velocity will keep this "gem" of an employee and develop him into a greater version of himself. Well done, Luis! If you're at will call, you can't add parts unless you have a part # or you can also call cust service and add stuff to will call. Also advised you use card not cash. I do love that they are open late and weekends. You just cant call for parts saturday or sundays no direct # either. Hopefully they can fix that

I wish there was a ZERO. We brought our truck in with radiator problems. We had it towed in. The mechanic put the drive line back on and took it to the shop at 11:30 am. We thought the radiator would be under warranty the mechanic said it was but come to find out it's a chassis part. We bought and extended warranty on the engine. That's funny the radiator cools the engine not the chassis. So we waited for the quote. My dispatcher was really pissed that it was taking them so long. They charged us 700 dollars for diagnosis. They messed around for over two hours. At 252.00 for labor you better be in high gear. We got it taken from the dealership with another tow and the tow company said they had a shop. I kid you not it took the mechanic less than 2 minutes to find the problem and they had

Do not come here absolutely worst experience I’ve had at a velocity. Brought my truck in yesterday at 6am. Was told they should be able to get me out of here by the end of the day. Then was told it wouldn’t be until 2pm the next day. Well it’s 2:30 pm and now won’t be done until 4:30-5pm. These mechanics definitely weren’t doing anything to my truck yesterday besides diagnostics. A full day for diagnostics is out right unprofessional. Will not ever in my life come back to this place. Waste of time and money. Thanks velocity!
