I came in for a DEF pump replacement and the job was done perfectly. They took me right away. The technicians clearly know what they’re doing — everything was installed properly, no leaks, no warning lights, and the truck runs exactly as it should. They took the time to explain what was done, tested the system, and made sure everything was 100% before releasing the truck. Very honest, knowledgeable, and professional team. As an owner-operator, I really appreciate shops like this. Highly recommend and will definitely come back for future service.

Velocity towed my truck to their shop, diagnosed and solved the issue! The shift controller had to be replaced. The transmission had to be lifted out to make the repair. Aaron, Terry and crew got the job done quickly and effectively! Thank you!

Truck was losing power going up hill under load. Crawled to Velocity. While they got us right in for a check up, they couldn't find anything wrong. My partner having owned his own shop for years asked them to at least replace the fuel filters. After signing a form that he was requesting the filter change, they did the work which took 15 minutes. They tried to charge him an outrageous price but did come down almost $200 when he confronted the price. It is fixed and running good.

Service department representative AL was very polite and professional. I had 2 recalls on my company, Freightliner cascadia was able to get one done. My company decided to have another one done at the home terminal. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional at Freightliner. The Freightliner dealership is extremely small place. U go across the street at Zeigler Tire Service to drop the trailer need back in off the street thru the gate, then park the truck on the street between Freightliner and Kenworth dealership. The service department opens at 7 am, closed at 5pm.

Even though they couldn't help me figure out what I want my truck they are amazing quick professional and actually really cool people highly recommended it's not my first time there so they do a great job thank you again
