Very satisfied with the service at Velocity Truck Center. I worked with Cindy and Maritza, and they were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Communication was fast, and the repair was completed within just a few hours. The issue was a fuel injector covered under warranty, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The dealership does have a small parking lot with no space for trailers, but please don’t let that discourage you from coming here. You can either take a chance and park the trailer on the street or use Aguiar’s Towing yard, which is about 9 miles away. The cost is $50 per day if they didn’t tow your unit, or three days free if they did. The yard is fenced, secure, and you can drop off or pick up your trailer at any time of the day. Overall, g

We have a Motorhome on a Frieghliner M102 chassis that was haveing an electrical issue with the ABS system. Velocity of Hesperia was Fantastic. The girls in the office were friendly, professional and very good at communication. The tech that found and repaired the issue was great. He too was professional, knowledgeable and very communicative. This like any electrical issue was not easy to find but he never gave up, located the problem and was correct about what it was and the part needed to fix it. Velocity Hesperia has my business. O, and the facility was clean and organized. You can tell they care about their company. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

My best compliments to the assistant manager in service Cindy for administering warranty like a pro and being very helpful. Mechanic Adrian for explaining a few things to me and doing a bang up job on a leveler (mechanics who won’t give insight are mechanics I don’t go back to). Also Maritza for being so nice and assisting both Cindy and Adrian a small amount, while she was working on something else. My experience is only with these 3 and they all work very well together. 3 musketeers of Hesperia! If I or any of my other trucks ever need anything within 100 miles of this Freightliner Western Star we will do everything reasonably possible to make sure we come here and I encourage others to do the same. Cindy where do I start? She is so kind very easy to work with goes out of her way to help you out, she communicated with me everyday every step of the way, i was so thankful to her for going out of her way to make sure i got my truck back, after 25 years of being in transportation she is the first that has ever cared enough to help out. Thank you Cindy so much!

Cindy was very easy to work with, kind and professional. We had a Cascadia that derated due to a NOX sensor. Driver was able to limp it in, and they were able to get it diagnosed and repaired the same day and get them out the door. Drivers even told me that the folks were very nice and easy to work with. Decent facility. Although, there is no room for trailers. Call ahead if you have a trailer, I believe they said there was a side street or something nearby that you might be able to use? Otherwise I can recommend them. I've added them to my contacts list for future reference!
