It is such a rarity especially these days to find true customer service and quality work. It is even more rare to find people who truly care about their customers and see them as individuals and are understanding of and considerate of their unique situations. I can’t say enough about just how wonderful the team has been at this Velocity. We had a truck fail on us suddenly and were in a vulnerable position. Because of the genuine care and concern that they have for their customers, we were able to avoid a very serious situation. Special thanks to Chris for helping to get us in and address our issue in a timely manner to Colleen for being a shining example of what Customer Service means, the excellent communication and warm approach, and helping to coordinate us being back on the road within

I received bad service here after years of good service. I filled out a Survey that they emailed me. Pretty quickly after I received a phone call from the manager Who Seemed intelligent and reasonable. He then spoke to his tech about some brake pads that he checked several weeks Prior. And magically his tech remembered my bus out of all of the buses that go there and told him my pads were at 90% which is not what he wrote down in the notes. That is not what they told me on the phone I’ve owned the coach for 15 years and never change the pads. It has almost 80,000 miles on it. I must have magical brake pads on this bus. He seemed like he wanted to solve the problem, but once his tech told him that he was happy to accept him at a complete lie I could tell he was no longer interested in prov

The parts department sold me some cracked broken and damaged parts and when I took them back to get a refund, they were rude and dismissive, and we’re actually mad at me for wanting to get my money back

I wanted to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Omar! I’ve had a rough couple weeks with my commercial vehicle and Omar was an absolute pleasure to work with. He treated me with kindness and respect. This type of customer service is extremely difficult to come by these days. Thank you Omar for helping navigate through all of this chaos.

I have been there for a recall they did the recall I really appreciate their service but the service advisor advise me. There is a pending code on the truck and he told me what’s the code for the funny thing is I ask him how much it cost to fix the code and he goes oh we have to do diagnostic again will be two hours, I don’t know why and we know what’s the code is and they want to charge me over $400 diagnostic and he told me what’s the code is to me. It’s a stupid move. unless the service advisor think we are stupid.
