I dropped my truck off at Velocity for an electrical issue I had been battling for months. They found and fixed the problem in just three days. The communication from the service desk was clear and consistent, and the service manager went above and beyond to address all my concerns. The attention to detail and dedication to solving my issues made me feel like they truly deserve your business.

Bought a truck from this dealership 6 months ago, we were told by them that the truck is in a good condition. After 3 months of being on the road, it started to have multiple issues, we already spent $6000 for repairs. So far we received no help from them. This is unacceptable, and very upsetting.
