Velocity Truck Centers

Delivered this truck. Guys helped me out. Andrew and other dude( sorry didn’t ask his name) assisted in unloading, very patient and savvy guys. God bless and thank you very much!!! PS: if you delivering unloading is on the road, no space to turn around inside.

First come, first served. Limited space, so trailers must be dropped on the street, but the process is quick and well organized. Communication is excellent and staff are very helpful. Driver lounge, showers, and laundry available while waiting. Service team is great to work with and makes sure everything is clear. The foreman also communicates well to keep everyone on the same page. Highly recommend.

If I could give a place negative stars I would go down to -5, Google hangouts to adjust there rating system, because many companies these days do not even deserve ANY stars. To start off I was at a different Velocity location and had no need to drive over an hour in traffic to this Whittier location, but I did because I was told by a parts representative from Whittier they had 2 in stock…… THEY DID NOT! Lol…. Then the ticket system they use where the “willcall” is separated from the “walkings”, then they will not take CC’s over the phone and I can understand that 100%, but don’t tell me the parts not paid for for over an hour when everything that was asked for was given and was sitting in there computer…. Flies everywhere, no A/C. I have 6 kids and awhile back we went to the circus well I

Customer service is too slow because they are talking among themselves and forget about the customer. I apologize, but that's the reality.

I Bring truck here for air leak and cruise control issue, they did not fix both of them. Truck sit 5 days. İf fact, they massed with truck, they caused More problems that There wasnt before! truck engine light on and some other issues. They were asking way more money for the truck they did not fix and they broke the truck. Do not bring Your truck here if you dont want them to mess with Your truck! They asked money to release the truck. This Volecity truck center intentionally broke this truck. They got paid. 4 hours after receiving the money, they released the truck. If you have any sense, do not bring your truck here!
