Place looks deserted it does not have acesable office but it is operational.

Extremely rude. Walk in no greeting. Asked the older gentleman at the counter for some parts. Once I inquired about my payment method I was scolded and belittled. My company buys hundreds on thousands in parts a year. Will never be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Mari was pleasant to speak to on the phone. The will call process is straight foreward, and the parts people are professional. I do recommend.

They never pick up the phone. You have to go to the place to find out they dont have your part. When you are there you can see that their phones don't ring. I would never buy a freightliner for this reason. I'm a mobile mechanic and I hate to have my time wasted by trying to purchase parts from dealers that dont answer their phones.
