Velox Insurance

I’ve been with this office for more than a year, affordable prices, great customer service.

The first quote for me was a reasonable price, but a couple of years they kept going higher and higher. I have a 98 accord, and I'm 25 and in college, but they want 216/month. I've had no accidents, and I have no speeding tickets on my record. I paid $1000 for my car, but they want me to pay over what I paid for my car each year to insure it. That's pretty ridiculous, and since my track record is so good it's even more ridiculous. They don't appreciate their customer base.

Very poor customer service, when I needed help they had very poor attitudes, this isnt even just one insurance company its 2 so if you have any issues you have to deal with both insurances and they practically have no communication between each other, so if there is a problem it's "you have to call that insurance company." or "you have to call the other insurance company cause you spoke with them." I could have sworn I wanted Velox insurance not TWO!!!! Person hung up on my name is Cristain just hung up with an attitude.

My rep Lydia was very sweet, and fast. I was in and out, Keep up the great work!!

It just takes too long to make a payment in person and customers should be able to pay their payments on any velox locations i don't lile the franchise information
