On my way to Florence I started pumping my gas at 8:51 p.m., pump shut off at 8:52, doors locked, no response from employees, I had to drive all the way back to Eugene, I'm done. Gas is cheaper in Eugene anyhow. You just lost a long time customer. Your employees will destroy your business.
Towne Pump has great prices & attendants to pump your gas, wash your windows or help you find something inside there little store!

Customer Service was lacking. I guess the owner was my attendant and he did not seem happy to be assisting me. Most of the time I get good employees, I hope to only hit during their hours.
I went to the car wash. The car wash itself was great. Good job. The vacuum machine was too expensive. Two dollars for about 10 minutes.
