The whole experience at Ventura RV connection has been great. Our salesperson, Noey, was very knowledgeable about our trailer and super low pressure allowing us to come back a couple of times to see the trailer before we finally inked the deal. We had the service dept install a stabilizer unit and trailer brakes, both of which seemed to be fairly priced. Juan (Juanito) the gentleman that walked us through the orientation of the operation of the trailer was very informative and supper nice to us as we have no past RV experience and everything he explained was new to us.
