We bought our new GMC AT4 HD truck from Vera Cadillac Buick GMC, because they called us back promptly. I was looking at trucks all over South Florida and reached out to several dealerships inquiring about trucks I had found through web searches. I asked several dealerships for more information, was requested through their Chat bots to send over information to contact me by phone. Reluctantly, I gave my cell number over to the chat bots, but never received a call back. Vera, on the other hand, called me within an hour and I was able to get information on a new truck they had just received. My salesman was professional and very helpful throughout the buying process. He kept me informed every step of the way with clear and timely status updates, so I always knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was also very accommodating with shuttle service and helping coordinate a rental car, which made everything incredibly convenient. My service advisor Eric is the absolute best. Explained everything to me. I got a complimentary car wash and I love coming to Vera BEST CUSTOMER service ever. Would not go anywhere else but Vera people super nice and helpful. I went be wise I had a factory recall on my fuel pump. Great job and customer service.
