John is the absolute best! I was in car accident a few months ago and the process with insurance was so long and stressful. He was very sympathetic and understanding about my situation. John treated me like I was family and took very good care of my car. In the past, I have had issues at many shops where I didn’t get treated as an equal because I’m a young woman.
