We have been in and out of multiple shops in attempt to get my daughters VW Tiguan aligned. With the help of a Discount Tire employee he thankfully referred us to this shop. I cant say enough GREAT things about them! The gentleman called me initially to let me know he was committed to getting the issue fixed and even provided documentation at the end to show the percentage of each wheel alignment. The most recent experience my daughter reported her car wouldnt start.. Off to Vernon & Fletcher we go.. They took the extra time to troubleshoot to see what the problem was and fortunately it was a fluke issue.. NO CHARGE! This place is the real deal. Thank yall for your service and getting my daughter back on the road!

If I could give 0 stars I would made me wait all day for my truck. Just needed an alignment I just replaced a bunch of parts on the front end. Keep in mind alignment was perfect before I did the replacements and I threw the alignment off. These clowns keep the truck all day then don’t even do the alignment just wanted to try and replace other parts. Like if i wanted parts installed I wouldn’t pick yall lol. Like if you want a successful business you do what’s asked not try to do extra and end up doing nothing in the process. They made zero dollars from me today cause they ain’t do any work. Could have made 80-150 how ever much there alignment cost but nope. Basically a alignment shop that don’t do alignments

I have gone to Vernon & Fletcher several times for issues from my check engine light on to replacing my timing belts. They are very open with you throughout services about pricing and what your vehicle actually needs or doesn’t. My dad was a mechanic for a while but was diagnosed with cancer last year and unable to keep up with it for me anymore. He avidly checked my car after having them replace the timing belts and was grateful and impressed that he felt like they did a good job. He recently passed away and I am grateful that I found this group of people that are trustworthy and honest in a business that is easy to take advantage of customers. Thank you all for what you do.

Dodge/Chrysler had my car 3 days and couldn’t figure out the problem with my car and even had the nerve to try and charge. The Guys at Vernon& Fletcher figured the problem same day, the part took a week but them guys got me back rolling. I highly recommend them I appreciate you guys!!!

So my fiancé went to this place with high hopes because a friend suggested them. Her car was overheating and so she asked them to find out what is wrong with her car. The next day she received a call with a lady saying that they ran a hydrocarbons test on her car and it came back as a failure. The lady went on to say that the engine possibly had a crack on it and that they wanted to replace the entire engine (QUOTING HER AT 8-10 GRAND). Keep in mind that a certified refurbished engine or a used one can be found for less than 2.5 grand online! Same engine, for the same car model and the same year! They also wanted to replace many other parts that were not a part of the engine itself (water pump, spark plugs, ignition coils) explaining that when they replace an engine that they replaced
