Not a customer, but based on the reviews of customers and the sick truck that sleeps on the outdoor lift I think they're pretty rad. I just appreciate how photogenic their storefront is.

Ive dealt with Verns now for the past 30 years, and this shop KNOWS what theyre doing! I Just had my 2000 tahoe's transmission rebuilt, and its never ran so well since ive owned it. Great Mechanics who KNOW what they're doing equals extremly satisfied customers. Very fast turn around(3 days on my tahoe) on a complete rebuild, and the folks at Verns go that extra couple miles to make sure their happy customers stay that way! Very reasonable rates, with that special kind of service and a handshake that assures you that youre getting the very best that Tacoma has to offer when it comes to transmission repair or replacement. Took my 2014 Raptor in for what I thought was a transmission issue. It ended up being a misfire. Vishwa explained everything very well. The truck runs perfect, and communication was great overall! Worth every penny.

Vishwa and Joe were great to work with, very kind, and my new transmission is running really smoothly. They even installed a new battery when my old one finally died. I was embarrassed because I knew I needed a new battery, but kept putting it off, so of course it died when I was having it towed for the broken transmission. I'm very grateful that they took such good care of my car.
