Vero Express Car Wash

Went this morning and paid for the $14 auto wash and it basically stopped half way through, brushes never worked and leaving soap all over and the dryer still kicked on but again my car was full of soap still . No way to contact the car wash owner/ workers to let them know what is happening or to try and get a refund / credit for a new wash once they get it fixed . I looked on the building for a phone and online.

Vacuum was not suctioning properly. I decided to remove the tip of the vacuum and it was full of hair. I was looking around to see if I could see a worker; to get my money back. I saw a car with an open door. I did not see anybody inside the car. I continue to manually clean my car with a dustpan and a brush. I was putting all my stuff away and out of the blue, the worker comes screaming at me saying that I saw him in the car that I should put the vacuum back together, and I told him the vacuum didn’t work. He said to go somewhere else where vacuums work. If you see a customer struggling, why not help them?

The touch free “laser wash” did not rinse any of the soap off my car. It skipped the rinse cycle completely. They left a number on the point of sale terminal to text for assistance so I backed up to get the number. I couldn’t park and rinse myself because I needed to go to work right after and could not get wet. I was offered a $2 reimbursement if I did this though (through text). The “owner” came in about 30 minutes. They pulled up camera footage from my wash and very rudely said that I got a complete wash. I was told this while my car was clearly still dripping soap from it. He pulled the footage again, we saw that my car was indeed still soaped up and the rinse function never kicked in. At this point, he seemed pretty angry with me. I did the $14 wash and it did a good job - probably a 9 out of 10. I would go back. It was thorough and the 9 might just be that my windshield was THAT dirty. It just left one spot…. Everything else looked great!

Stopped by to wash my golf cart. It would not fit in the stall and had to take it off the trailer As I was loading it back and man yelled at me not to block his parking lot. He had a staff shirt I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN He was very rude
