I brought my 2003 Porsche Carrera 4 (996.2) to Vertex Auto for a major round of service — IMS bearing replacement, clutch, routine and preventative engine work, plus a full suspension overhaul. Wayne and his team did an outstanding job. The difference is night and day. The car feels completely transformed — tighter, smoother, and more responsive — almost like I’m driving a brand-new 911. Wayne took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and gave me the confidence that the work was being done right. I’ve owned this 2013 991.1 Carrera S for the past four years. When I bought it, I wasn’t very familiar with the mechanics side of cars, so I relied heavily on the shop that was referred to me by a trusted friend. My experience with them has been phenomenal. Nothing has ever been done to the car that wasn’t necessary — they’re always straightforward, suggest what needs replacing, and if it doesn’t, they won’t push it. Turnaround time is quick, pricing has always been fair and in line with the market, and they’re very easy to work with. The only person I can really speak about directly is Wayne at Vertex Auto — he’s been my go-to since day one. Service has always been 100%, and he’s been incredibly trustworthy. I truly recommend them.

The service was beyond amazing! I went in cause I had Headlight problems and Wayne diagnosed it immediately and ordered the parts the next day and my car was fixed in an hour. They also gave my car a much needed deep bath lol price was what I was expecting for the car that I drive. wayne gave me an estimate before he even did anything with the car.

I’ve used Vertex twice now following unexpected issues with my 1995 porsche 911 and both times they pulled through in a big way. First they helped me re gear my transmission. Most recently my steering rack. They helped rebuild both times which provided massive savings vs new parts and their service, expertise and customer care have been exceptional. Thank you guys!
