I had made an appointment & couldn't get in due to Hoilday! Jan. 5th requested it was over due by a week oil change! But time I had the appointment my hatch button to open tunk wouldn't work & fell inside. Plus, with the second snow we got the pin holding my wiper blade broke! Vesa didn't know any of this when I went in to add the extra work to their work load! They did all except the latch for the hatch back truck needed the part! The price was great right in my budget! This is a great friendly place, great mechanic's! Yeah, i even got Larry, to laugh! It took some doing! He is a busy serous guy! Good place to take your car!

The crew at Vesa’s is fantastic - they were able to schedule me on short notice (over the holidays!) and provided clear choices and options for my car issues. They were all extremely friendly and I had my car back the same day!

I’m new to Rochester and have no experience with any automotive shops. I picked Vesas because they were close and had good reviews. I have had to bring my van to them a few different times for numerous reasons. They have always been professional and courteous, but that’s not why I like them. They diagnosed and fixed my problems quickly and competently! Recently when they had my engine apart and found a leaking oil cooler gasket, they fixed it without charging me more labor! Nobody does that! Love these guys and won’t take my vehicles anywhere else!

Everyone I spoke to on the phone, as well as in-person, was super helpful and friendly. They gave me an estimated time that my car would’ve ready and were super quick with their fix. Recommending anyone in the area to use Mike Vesa’s services.

Today was my first time checking out Vesa’s Automotive. I will be going back for all car issues and maintenance. Both drop off and pick up were smooth and quick, plus my car was fixed within a day and everything is running perfectly. Definitely recommend! 10/10 service.
