Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this mechanic. Took my son’s diesel truck in with what he told us would be a simple fuel system repair that would only take a few days to fix. Multiple times we were told it was a different issue and that tests were being conducted to find the problem. The specific test to be run was a pressure test to determine if there was a blown head gasket. By this time, we were weeks into the repair time. After multiple, almost daily trips to the shop to stay on top of things we were told it was fixed. Little did we know that it wasn’t, and my son drove the truck with a blown head gasket which resulted in tons more damage. Rex is the best Ford mechanic . The most honest person. He has always helped me . Even came to my house to deliver a ficm for my truck. He will only use good quality parts and do what you and him discuss to fix your vehicle. I can't thank him enough for all the help over the years. Thank you rex

I don't usually give reviews but after dealing with Rex at Veteran Diesel I felt to write this... I took my F350 Diesel there with engine problems, he diagnosed my problem on the spot, gave me a quote and time it would be ready. The service was exceptional, problem solved on time and on point. The owner Rex is GREAT! He saved me on buying a bad truck, and for that so am grateful. He treated me like he has known me for years, and made me feel like I was his only customer. Rex is a class act, he knows what he is doing and he does NOT take advantage of you. He has my respect and business, thankful that I found him! If you have a diesel this is who needs to work on it!

5 stars does not do justice. Came from out of state to visit family and noticed an oil leak. Rex was very knowledgeable and considerate to time constraints. If I didn’t live out of state I’d come here to change my wipers just to give him the business. Very great place and supportive of our military which is a huge plus for me.
