Veteran's Automotive

I've had my car in twice now and I have to say, I hated garages until I found this place. I dealt with Derrick both times I came here and the customer service was excellent! When Dealerships were trying to take advantage of me, Veteran's was there as a SIGNIFICANTLY better and much more transparent option. Needless to say, any time I need work done on my car, I'll be calling these guys first!

Sure, buying a car can be exciting. Until you have to sit at the dealership for hours waiting and doing paperwork. That’s not how things went for me at Veteran’s Automotive. Randy and Derrick were awesome. They allowed me to put a hold on the vehicle until the bank could issue a check. They waited a few days for that to come in without any issue. Randy even messaged me and asked for documentation so that when it did come, we could breeze through the paperwork. That’s exactly what we did too! Super easy! The bank even came back and stopped the check because the type of vehicle I purchased didn’t qualify for the loan (don’t buy a commercial vehicle with a personal auto loan). No problem, they waited for me to rectify the situation without hassle or complaint. Absolutely awesome to work with!

Great people to do business with, from the owner Derrick , Randy in sales and the main mechanic which I don’t remember his name just good people . Had an issue with a jeep I purchased they took care of it right away. I would definitely buy again from veterans auto.

Our car shopping experience with Veteran's Automotive was great! Our salesman Randy was very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. He stayed late two nights to help us get everything finished. The owner Derrick popped in a few times as well to check in on us as well. Overall we are very satisfied with our vehicle and the sales experience, and I highly recommend them!

I don't buy vehicles often and I don't trust salesmen when I do, but these guys broke the mold when it comes to being a salesman you can trust. They took care of me even when they didn't have to and that screams decency IMO. Thank you Randy and Derrick!! I would not hesitate to do business with them again and hopefully I will when my kids are ready to purchase vehicles. More than HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
