Lucas is excepcional! My favorite part of the service was when the cars delivered to us. Saving us lines and time to enjoy our vacation. From beginning to end Lucas made it fast easy to communicate and there are no hidden fees! The price given is what you pay! My other favorite was the tolls are covered in the price and that is priceless!!!!

They are SCAMMERS THEY TOOK MY MONEY OFF THE CARD AND DIDNT RENT TO ME THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER IT TO THE HOTEL THEY NEVER SHOWED UP I CALLED THE POLICE AND THE POLICE CALL THEM THEY CURSE THE POLICE OUT AND HUNG UP WE THEN WENT TO THE AIRPORT WHERE THEY SUPPOSED TO BE LOCATED BUT THAT WAS A LIE THERE IS NO COMPANY AT THE AIRPORT THEY SCAMMED ME AND CURSE ME OUT

Todavía conservo la Fotografía del vehículo con el cual recorrí toda la Florida por el termino de 3 semanas en el año 2024 y cómo estuve muy conforme en el año 2025 contraté otro vehículo de la flota por 1 semana para moverme por MIAMI. En cuanto al servicio de entrega, forma de pago y atención por parte del personal es excelente y encima te miman con unos Snacks y agua mineral. Totalmente recomendable.

Muy buen servicio, con buena tarifa, responsables, puntuales y buen trato. Estuvieron a la hora acordada en el aeropuerto de Orlando, al igual que para el retiro del auto en el hotel. Además, tienen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto.
