My Father liked his mechanic work. Me, I just like what wonderful people he and his wife are. The big windstorm a few weeks ago did some heavy duty damage to trees that had grown up with me! It broke my heart to see the damage to the old black walnut and a small forest of trees in the back yard but the Sycamore tree that was just a little taller than my oldest brother when we moved in has a lot of bare places in the foliage. Anyway, I was around 10 when we moved in here. This will always be Home, and they just stepped in and helped like What being a Neighbor used to mean! Called and booked for my starter to get fixed. They were able to get me in that day and it was done within 4 hours. Amazing customer service and I was happy with the price!

I called and they couldn’t get me in for a few days, I explained it was my only vehicle and thought it needed fluid(can’t do self due to special tool). Told me to bring right over. They immediately checked and filled it. Have used before and highly recommend. Appreciate them so much.

I was charged $85.60 for a diagnosis that was not correct. I was told that I needed a drive shaft and I will cost me over $500 for the part and $250 for labor. Either he don’t know how a car drive’s when the drive shaft is gone or he was going to replace something that didn’t need to be replaced. I felt that he was dishonest to me, and was going to overcharge for repairs that wasn’t needed. That was the first and last time I visit Vice transmission and auto repair Get a second opinion before taking his word.
