Ordered a conversion body, wide body kit and a hood. Both body kits were missing a piece and the hood arrived damaged. They gave me the run around asking multiple times to send them pictures of what arrived. Its been 3 weeks since I reported the damaged hood and still haven't received notification of the replacement being shipped. They said I should receive an email of shipping within 2 days the latest and its been 4 days now and still no notification.

Great company, just really outstanding. I had an issue after getting a front splitter and it was totally destroyed (not the company’s fault) and they helped me through and fixed my problems. Emails and costumer services were always on point. Love this company definitely going to keep buying from them and recommend them for others!

Ordered splash guards for my wife's Audi Q5. Splash guards did not fit and the website description was wrong. Customer service is really lacking. Contacted Vicrez about returning product, two weeks no replay. Sent a second request and they informed me that I had to pay shipping on return and pay a 15% restocking fee for a part that their website stated would fit my wife's SUV. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong diffuser part for my vehicle, and cancelled the order on the phone 5 min after receiving the order confirmation, and realizing it was the wrong part. I was told on the phone my refund for close to $700 would be processed immediately and it could take up to 7 days. Today I called because it is past that 7 day mark and I still have not received my money. I’ve spoken to two representatives, and as of today, now they are saying it will take an additional 7 days for me to receive my money back. This business is unprofessional and they are scamming customers out of their money. I do not recommend Vicrez to anybody reading. They have terrible customer service and believe me, if I do not receive my money soon, a lawsuit will be filed.

Do not use their products. I had splitter rods for my car that promised the finish wouldn’t fade or wear and it did within a month. The spoiler I got, that I waited over 3 months to receive, only lasted two months before the bolts pulled through the spoiler and it came off my car mid drive! I was lucky I was in a neighborhood, it didn’t hit anyone. But that’s extremely dangerous! And they won’t refund it even slightly since it was installed… how do you know it’s defective if it’s not installed? Don’t buy from here! Update: thanks for the reply, your customer did nothing to help me just so you’re aware. I also see that my 1star review on your website was removed too. Such an outstanding company.
