Vic's Auto Clinic

Really happy with my experience at Vic’s Auto Clinic in Glendale. I came in to replace the engine splash shield and fender liners on my Prius, and they were easily the best shop I talked to — fair pricing, friendly communication, and they handled sourcing all the parts smoothly. While the car was there, they also replaced my front brakes, buffed out some bumper scuffs, topped off my tires, and even fixed a tire pressure sensor issue that had been on for over a year. Those extra touches definitely stood out. Vic was kind, professional, and clearly takes pride in the work. And if you need somewhere to hang out while they work, there’s a great coffee shop just down the street. Would absolutely recommend them for honest, thorough service.

These guys have saved me more than once. That is the downside of having an old car but Vic's Auto clinic was there for me every time. Recently my car would not start and it was not the battery. I had my car towed to them (I did not even have to be there) and they replaced the started and I had my car back in 2 days. I have had something fixed almost 10 times over the last few years and always payed a fair price.

Really great guys. Smart and honest. Will come here now for oil changes. They did a thorough cleaning of the engine area and sprayed peppermint oil after a rat died in there. Air filter had rat poop in it. Gross.

Highly recommend! Owner knew exactly what was wrong with my cars AC. Diagnostic was free and he gave me a great price for the repairs. Had to get my condenser and compressor done on the car and now it’s blowing ice cold.

The guys over at Vic's were awesome! I had an issue with my steering making a weird noise. I called them up and they offered to do a FREE diagnosis. Most shops were quoting me over $125 just to put it in a lift while Vic's Auto Clinic offered to check it out for FREE on their lift. I didn't catch the name of the technician that worked on my car, but he quickly found out what the issue was and fixed it. The 2 owners were also very courteous and friendly with me while I was there and we're understanding with my situation. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service that was provided to me and will definitely be going back should I have any more issues.
