I've used Vic's for my maintenance and repair needs for nearly 4 years now. The service is excellent, the prices are competitive and customer service is friendly, approachable and professional. I had four rims that were bent and scratched from years of wear, and they took care of it good as new.

The prices here are very high, and the customer service was disappointing. I stopped by to ask about tyre replacement and was given a quote that was much higher than other places. When I mentioned I had received a better price elsewhere, the response was dismissive and rude. Instead of having a respectful conversation, I was abruptly told “goodbye” multiple times. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very poor impression of how customers are treated.

While I’ve never been to this place in person, my experiences over the phone have been more than enough. People here are rude and will hang up the phone on you if they don’t wanna do a job. Also got nasty with me about changing tires on a Tesla, saying “you bought a Tesla not a ford” telling me to take it to them. Can’t imagine the type of work they do here and frankly don’t really wanna know. Extremely unprofessional. For tires go to Mr Tire on 18. For mechanic work go to Joe service center in milltown.

Don't ever bring your car to this place. Jim's a nice guy but his prices are too high and he'll shyster you for every penny you have. Everything is $800. "Jim, can you fix my windshield wipers."? "Yes, i can do for $800 dollars. "Jim, can you fix my flat tire."? "Yes, that will be $800." Outrageous. And the mechanics suk.
