Do not take your car for any work at Vic's tire - they damaged my rims while putting two new tires on and though the owner has not laid eyes on the damage he said he knows his shop didn't cause this. So I have damage only on the tires you put on and that is explained how? They do not care about their customers or their property.

I started doing business with them when I purchased tires back a few years ago. The price for the work and the tires was extremely good. Later on I took my truck back the same year and had them change a headlight and the price for that was low. Fast forward to 2024 and now as I understand it the owner that used to run it doesn't really run it anymore as there were new owners as I understand it. Anyway I took my truck in to get brakes and for them to check a tire for an air leak. I also needed the passengers side headlight to be changed. I took the car in on a Monday at 2pm and even called before I drove over to see if they could do the work and have my truck to me the next day. They said they could so I drove over and left it. They have always done good work at a fair price. We have also bought tires multiple times for reasonable prices.

It was refreshing to finally find honest, reliable people to do repairs to my car. As a woman, a lot of mechanics take advantage of you. These guys were knowledgeable and very respectful. I highly recommend doing business with Vic's

Called and got a price on an alignment for vehicle after we had replaced front upper control arms on my car. Brought car to them, had alignment done. Mistake on our part, we did not watch them do it. Paid for service and left. Car drove horrible. Had to take to another shop, found we needed to put adjustable rear lateral links in before it could even have be considered for an alignment. Threw away 82 dollars...
