Victor's Tires

My daughter went in to get used tires after I called them for a quote. They tried charging her more than what we were quoted and tried charging her $80 for an emissions test that she doesn't need. A few couple days later her left front brake lost the upper caliper mounting bolt and her brakes almost fell off and her brakes were just done a few months prior. Just tonight her tire blew on the freeway. Zero stars. Update 10/26/25: A second tire blew on the freeway, same as the first tire. The car can't be driven anymore until all four tires get replaced by people who know what they're doing.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I came in with a puncture clearly in the shoulder of the tire—something that multiple industry guidelines say should not be repaired and is a HUGE safety risk (e.g catastrophic blowouts). The USTMA specifies: “Puncture repairs are limited to the center of the tread area. If there are punctures or damage in the shoulder or sidewall of the tire, it is not repairable.” The NHTSA also specifies: “Replacement is mandatory for structural damage, tire repairs in the sidewalls or shoulders, temporary spares, run-flat tires, bulging damages, and tires with significant gashes and punctures.” Instead of letting me know or offering a replacement, the tire was patched without discussion and I was sent on my way. We agreed on a price for the tires over the phone, but when I called to pick them up, he wanted an extra $100. When I reminded him of the price, he said, "That was yesterday". Their website claims they treat customers with honesty and integrity. Maybe he should look up the definition. Now I see why he has a 2.8 rating on Yelp.

I only give this place a two star. They were great for decent prices for some use tires. But after getting the tires done. I ended up with two bent rims that I never had before. Never had a problem with my rims until I went here for tires. And now I have to air up my tires everyday just to drive my truck. I usually only use discount tires. I went here on recommendations from my mechanic. And I would of rather gone to discount tires and paid the extra cost that I didn't have money them deal with what I am dealing with now. And having to find new rims too. DON'T GO HERE THEY MAY BE CHEAP BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO NOT DAMAGE A RIM

I blew a tire on the highway and just needed a single replacement to get back on the road. I stopped in and asked if they had any old or take-off tires they were throwing away. I was shown a tire they had removed from another vehicle and planned to throw away. The only price mentioned was $30 for installation. No price for the tire itself was discussed. When I was rung up, the total came to $100 for a used/throwaway tire, which was a surprise and not what I expected based on the conversation.
