Victor's Tires

I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent — very friendly and professional. They helped me choose the right new tires for my car, and the installation was quick and smooth. I highly recommend this place!

I came in for an alignment, and they were extremely kind and helpful. They took the time to make sure that all the repairs done by another mechanic were in perfect condition. I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for their honesty, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend. Luis and the entire team were absolutely amazing.

I’ll never go there again. Went to get a tire that I had a hole in patched up. And they said I could wait in the office. Then they call me back to find out there’s six holes after I just tested the tire and there was only one hole. So they must’ve put some drill bits holes in it and totally ruined my tire and sold me another tire and charged me 90 bucks. And then I went back out outside and noticed they were going through my car two of the guys were inside taking pictures. And they see me noticing them in my car and said they were just looking. Yeah, right! I will never trust Victor‘s tires again.. this is the one on 9500 S. and State.

I came and left my car for two hours, I agreed on a price($270) everything, with the guy and when it was time to pay he told me that the price he said was per tire, whereas a tire at Walmart is $130 each and he charged me $270 each, total $540.. a very abusive price and I waited another 40 minutes for them to take the tire off and put the old one back on. I wasted the afternoon and I will never set foot in that place again, I do not recommend it, every time you come it is a different price.
