My car was struck by a garbage truck in LA and promptly transported to Victory Auto Body just down the street from where the accident occurrred. I met with John at Victory who received my car, established a warm rapport with me and immediately made me feel better about having to leave my car so far from where I live. I was informed via text on the process of repairs and the process itself was seamless! I received my car back on time and the workmanship was flawless!!! Excellent in every way!!! Thank you to the staff and technicians at Victory! I’m back on the road with confidence!!!!!!

Victory Auto Body repaired the back end of my Kia when I was rear ended. They did a fantastic job, customer service was great and their communication as to the progress of the repairs was excellent!

We recently took our Kia Sportage here after an accident. John and the team were stellar. John was friendly, respectful and thorough in explaining the repairs. We received regular texts updating us on the status of the repairs. They worked beautifully with our AAA insurance (that's how we found them) and made the whole process very simple. Lastly, the car looks amazing. You can tell the care they put into their work. We're so happy that we found them and would recommend them to anyone. This is a great and trustworthy shop. And they won't talk down to you if you are a woman. Extra gold star for that. :)

This is all that needed to be fixed from my car and it took 3 months. Unreal never again! Never calls me back when they say they will. Manager Dave is never around it's crazy!
