This shop was recommended by a bowling league friend who had repairs done there. Wow talk about honesty, trust, and friendly customer relations, this shop doesn't disappoint. I thought my transmission needed work on my 1999 dodge durango but when chip did a diagnostic inspection he found the issue to be both my rear drum brakes. Chip gave a thorough honest repair estimate and completed the job in a timely manner. Ten stars for all around customer satisfaction. I am a DIY mechanic mainly because I don’t trust other shops. However, I am on a time constraint and needed a new clutch put in my wife’s car. My experience with Victory Auto was very professional. They offered a very fair price for labor, used quality replacement parts, and took videos, pictures , of all old parts to justify why they replaced what they did. My vehicle was cleaned including the engine bay, and I had a list as well as shown all other concerns without any sales pitch trying to get more money out of me. I will do business again with them. Highly recommend. They will treat you right.

I was turned away by 10+ shops because my land cruiser had a motor swap and was too old/not factory. The best part about Victory auto was the communication, and sense of care. They were diligent and did a great job rebuilding my 6l90 transmission. Will be bringing it back for other work in the future.

I’d give them more stars if I could! I have relied on the team at Victory Transmission for many years now.. They have been extremely helpful with big issues (trouble shooting then replacing the transmission in our Jeep Wrangler) and smaller issues (brake diagnostic before a long trip, replacing shift-cable bushing, etc) by listening, inspecting, then weighing out all the options. This family owned business was recommended to me as “the best” by highly respected automotive trades in Virginia Beach / Norfolk and I agree. There is a fantastic vibe at the shop, employees seem genuinely happy to be there, everyone wants to help. Kudos to Chip, Sophia, and the team!
