Victory Honda Chicago Northside Service Center

Tried to go in for a service checkup but seemed like they were in a rush to overcharge me. I had a warranty and at first that was not applied, then later told me it expired. Then they recommended some services which I looked up. One service could easily be done by yourself for $25 but asking for $200. The other service was not due for another 15000 miles per recommendations searched online. Would just appreciate being upfront about services and being transparent. The guy was respectful but maybe be prepared (aware of warranty/offers)when an appointment has been made. The last time I went the service was great and even given a complimentary car wash. This time was not the best and lacked effort and this is coming from someone that has been with them for 3 years.

James is a wonderful salesman. I am so happy with his professionalism and respect. He also helped my daughter buy a car and was wonderful. She had been scammed before and James reassured her and supported her as she went through the process. Everyone should ask for James. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

I finally have to give props to Mike Hua. Many times I've been impressed by his customer service and his happy, friendly attitude. I'm a boomer and not tech savvy. When I asked about connecting my iPhone to the radio, Mike hopped in the front seat and showed me exactly what to do. Recently he suggested that I could wait until my next appointment for some maintenance work. I appreciated knowing he wasn't trying to push work to increase his sales. Just last week I had to come in for a new tire and rim after a Christmas Eve adventure. When I showed him what was left of the rim, Mike reacted with shock and concern which I felt was genuine. They did an excellent job in serving my Honda CRV. They completed in the time they told me and it cost what they said. Very kind service employees and very knowledgeable about the car. Will go there again even though I bought my car somewhere else!

I’ve been going to this location for years and I think the ownership under Victory is my favorite. My service advisor Fernando is always helpful with what I really need and always finds some kind of discount for me. The shuttle service drivers Brian and Gary were very professional and friendly. They got me to my destinations promptly. Highly recommend Victory if you live in Edgewater and surrounding areas.
