Every technician called out what they were doing, so the whole team stayed in sync. It was a clear check-and-recheck system that felt very old school in the best way. Transparent, focused, and professional. There was zero pressure or hard selling. They simply showed me where everything stood, battery health, filters, fluids, tire pressure, all of it. Everything was checked, explained, and handled with care. For some folks, it might be a bit of a drive. But sometimes the drive is worth it. In this case, it absolutely is.

Victory Lane Oil on 306 in Canyon Lake is the “Cadillac” of oil change services! It was absolutely a perfect experience, why? Because they went above and beyond changing my oil. They checked my brake lights, tire pressure, battery, my turning signals, they put WD-40 on my driver and passenger door hinges, they cleaned my windshield, all with big smiles and upbeat energy. Plus, they verbally check with each other that the actions were performed and completed. I don’t know ANY oil change service that does that. They found a problem with my oil pan, where the plug had been stripped and suggested I replace it for a whole $15. I never would have known that was a problem unless they had shown me.
