Victory Lane Quick Oil Change (Leland)

I took my vehice in for an oil change at the beginning of February. the service was fine but my issue is with a technician Manny. he was very friendly and knowledgeable at first. professional and informative. towards the middle of the service he stated that he does car work on the side and also buys and sells cars. he asked for my number so he could text me his in case I ever needed car work outside of what victory law has to offer. the texts I received from him were not vehicle related at all. when I told him I was not interested in dating or being hit on he said he understood but the texts kept progressively getting more and more uncomfortable. after back and forth for about a week I told him I was uncomfortable and to stop texting. he responded in a irritated manner. it’s taken me a b

My husband and I came in to get an oil change on our truck, and everyone there was so nice and helpful! Hunter greeted my husband right away — super friendly and welcoming. He even gave us a discount since it was our first time and offered some really good advice about the oil and truck maintenance. Will did the oil change quickly and did a great job. Dave checked our tires, made sure they had enough air, and took a moment to look everything over the hood to be sure we were good to go. They all worked together and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I went in to get my safety inspection so that I could do my annual registration on my vehicle. I have just recently moved to Leland and have never had an inspection done on my car, so I didn't know what to expect. The gentleman extremely nice and courteous and took care of the situation and made me aware of everything I needed to do to finish the registration on my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about his work and very quick and getting everything done that, he needed to and getting me on my way in about ten to fifteen minutes. GREAT EXPERIENCE

First visit, equated to amazing service, by all employees! We got in quickly. Manny, the manager, was very professional! He matched a competitors discount. He replaced our oil plug & washer for free, as the edges were worn. His service personnel located a slight power steering fluid leak, & provided advice on how to fix it! There was no upsell, & we were given extra coupons for our next return visit! How can you beat that! Note: We had just left another local oil change place, that had a 1 1/2 hour wait time. And on our last visit, that same place had over filled the oil in my wife's vehicle by over 1/2 a quart. When I realized this a few days later, I drained some of it out myself. I am so glad that my wife suggested going to Victory Lane!

Recently before a trip you did an oil change on my Audi Q5. I charged the service to a Visa card with the last 4 digits being 1178. last week whine in Florida the car’s system advised that I should add a quart of oil. I did so. Upon returning home I found a large oil stain on my cement driveway. Today I visited a reputable mechanic who advised that the oil plug had been leaking and further that the plug was not what Audi required I paid $189.28. To date it has cost $189.28 plus the quart of oil and whatever it costs to have the driveway cleaned. I am very disappointed in your service as I have routinely had my 2 cars serviced there. Tough to give a good review.
