I brought my Armada to be repaired after a run in with a deer. After 3 weeks I was notified via text that they recommended some service/maintenance on the vehicle. I agreed to those repairs and was told my car was ready. It had been 24 days, I was happy to have it back until all the same warning lights and messages came on during my drive home that were there from the accident. I had already returned the rental car. I had to bring my vehicle back to Action Nissan and was told that it wasn’t ready to be released, Jonathon in the service shop should not have released my car to me. Valarie in the body shop was wonderful to work with and arranged a loaner for me. After driving it about 15 miles it started flashing warning lights, and had a tire that wouldn’t hold air. Free estimate only if you get work done, they didn't mention that part when scheduling. If you need diagnostic to find out what is wrong with the vehicle they will charge, $245 to tell me i need to replace it! Thanks for nothing!

I LOVE Action Nissan Body Shop!! I have to start with the fact that I think my car has a target on it that only idiot drivers can see because it’s been run into not once, not twice, but three times! I must add that 2 of the 3 times I wasn’t even in the car it was just parked. I have brought my car back to Action Nissan’s body shop all 3 times and they have fixed it like new every-time. Granted the first time I went and had it repaired it was run over by a tractor trailer sitting in a parking spot and demolished in the front. It looked like an elephant sat down on it. Where it was hit in the front, I guess they didn’t realize that the radiator had a hole in it. It started to over heat a bit. The Collision Center did a great job fixing my bumper after it almost falling off. The downside is that my entire car reeks of weed. I had to drive with all the windows down and multiple air fresheners to try to remove the smell. Good work on the car, but maybe don’t smoke before getting in someone’s car.

Pretty good service. They work with you to get you what you need in a decent time. Some communication lapses here and there but overall the service was good, plus they made my car look new again!
