I honestly don’t even know where to begin if I could add 95 more stars to this review, I absolutely would. I’ve been a loyal customer since I was 18 at the Ham Lake location, and when I found out they had a shop in Crosslake, I was beyond excited. It meant knowing I once again had a mechanic I could TRULY TRUST. The team is amazing, friendly, and incredibly welcoming, and they make you feel comfortable and confident from the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find service like this, and I’m so grateful to have them close again.

Came in for an oil change, Bill& Andi shared with me some things that require some attention. I added 2 air filters and a battery to my oil change today!! But they were excellent with giving me a very good discount!! Kudos to these fellows!

Good group of guys and girls here. They are all intelligent, and it shows. They care about customers, they care about the cleanliness of the store, they care about customer comfort and waits. They give a highly thorough inspection of customers vehicle function and component health and would be glad to send a list to you of recommended fixes, very handy for the fixers who are low on time or attention for the activity of mechanics. Just the data alone is not only useful but shows a genuine intrest in the functionality of the unit they are operating on. Summary: They give a fair labor rate and you will get your vehicle in proper function under these guy's visor. Andy is a great person to work with. I thought I was having an electrical problem with my F150. He told me all I needed to do was drive more so the alternator would charge the battery. Didn’t charge me for great advice. Super great place to work with.

Looked at truck for 1.5hrs couldn’t get a diagnosis of what was going on charged me 340.00 to look at it, also had brakes done on my Land Rover there, they didn’t take the rear brakes back out of service mode. They were not working at all ended up having to take to dealer to fix their mess up. That bill was 1200.00 then another 850 at Land Rover to fix what they already charged me for
