They replaced my blower motor quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Customer service was 10/10 — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a shop that combines quality work with such great service. I would absolutely recommend them and will be returning for future vehicle needs

Without an appointment these guys took in my wife's car being towed in the night before. They had it pulled in checked for the main concern and did a multi-point inspection called for with estimate and got authorization and fixed the car before days end. I'm impressed with them and AAA. I have always had a great experience at Victory auto. All of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. They let me know what is going on with my vehicle and are never pushing me to have them do repairs. They are able to get me in right away. The waiting area is comfortable and has snacks and beverages if you like while you wait.

i’ll never go anywhere else. my family has been coming here for years, they’re honest, upfront and help in every which way they can. they’ve serviced all my vehicles and really took care of my mom when she was in a pinch last year. i just got a new truck so all i got was a simple oil change this time and they were quick, took my victory bucks and gave me some extra $ off. thank you 🥲🩷

These guys at Victory are AMAZING! Props to them and the mechanic on duty when my car was there.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a bit of a situation and they worked with me beyond expectations. Not only did they replace my headlight with a temporary fix, but the mechanic came up with a clever idea to keep my front bumper intact temporarily until I can get the work done on my car.
