Vigilant Towing & Impound

Vigilant towing was amazing today! Gave me a very reasonable quote and very quick response time. Mason called when he was almost to our home. He gave some awesome advice and picked our daughter’s car up! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

Very communicative. Responded to every text within a minute. Price was very reasonable. Dispatch and driver work very well together because I had to hide my keys in a very unusual spot and they got my car here with no problems. I prefer them over the tow company that my shop uses. Would 100% use them again and recommend them.

They were extremely fast not just getting there but hooking up too. they picked up my van before my ride even showed up, and this was an after hours call on a Sat night! Pricing was the cheapest that's why we chose them but the service is why we will ONLY use them! Our vans transmission went out and they even offered a great mechanic.

5 stars all day. Did what I wanted and the driver(cant remember his name) was pleasant and took very good care of my vehicle. Took em 10 minutes to get to me and I wanted to split payment between card and cash and had no hassle doing it that way. Id recommend 100%.

This is a trash tow company that illegally towed my car today from my legal parking spot without offering me any proof and any pictures and didn’t even charge me just want me take my car and go. I can’t believe this is almost 5 star. It’s a very unprofessional towing company! do not go there!
