Viktor was fantastic! He came on a Sunday when everyone else was closed and showed up very quickly, less than 2 hours after I first texted him. He was very responsive over text and did a great job replacing the battery in my Mini Cooper. When he realized we had purchased the wrong battery, he waited for us to go back and exchange it for the correct one. He charged a fair price for the service and was extremely efficient and trustworthy. He also let us know a few things we should keep an eye on moving forward, but didn’t try to upcharge us to get anything more fixed than we asked for. We will definitely call Viktor again next time we have issues with our Mini!
